What is a credit?+
One credit is one generated image: a product placed into a scene, or one fabric or leather colorway applied to an approved placement. Approving, QA checks, exporting and ZIP downloads are free.
Do re-rolls cost credits?+
Yes. A re-roll is a fresh render, so it costs one credit. Auto-QA flags images that drifted (changed geometry, failed swap, duplicate) so you can re-roll only what needs it.
Do unused credits roll over?+
On subscriptions, unused credits roll over for 3 months. Credit packs never expire.
What resolution do I get?+
Renders are generated at up to 4K. At export you choose the exact pixel size, aspect ratio and format (JPEG, PNG, WebP), per export and per channel.
Can I use my own room photos?+
Yes, on Studio and above. Upload any room or lifestyle photo as a scene. Starter uses the built-in studio scenes.
Will the images match my real products?+
Placements are generated from your real product photos, and colorways from your real swatch images with locked geometry, legs, seams and camera. You approve every image before it can move to the next step.
Can I cancel?+
Monthly plans cancel any time from Billing. Annual plans are billed upfront with two months free and renew yearly.
